In which languages is this program offered?This program is offered in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

How do I register for the program?An online registration form is available to register for each phase of this program. Click here to go to the registration page.

Do I have to complete all 3 phrases?You can take only Phase 1, which is free and completely on-demand and self-directed. If you want to take Phase 2, you need to complete Phase 1 by the date designated on the calendar. In addition, to continue to Phase 3, you need to complete Phase 2. You are able take Phase 1, or Phase 1 and Phase 2, or all 3 phases.

How is the program delivered?The program is designed for ease of access, balanced with the need for quality interactions with presenters and others in the program. Phase 1 is delivered using on-demand videos with a self-guided process for integration. Phase 2 is delivered with on-demand videos, and with the addition of virtual sessions. Phase 3 is delivered with on-demand videos, virtual sessions, and a 5-day in-person session in Rome. The program materials, including the videos, are available on a platform called Mighty Networks. Information about how to access the Facilitation for Transformation space on Mighty Networks is provided after registration.

Can anyone really do Phase 1, and there is no cost?Yes, we designed Phase 1 to be easily accessible with on-demand videos, so you can access it at any time, and it is really free of charge.

What if I miss a virtual session during Phase 2 or Phase 3?In Phase 2 and Phase 3, you can miss up to 4 virtual sessions. You are expected to review the session recording and complete all aspects of the program. If the in-person session is missed during Phase 3, there is no ability to make up for this session.

Do I have to attend the in-person session to complete Phase 3?Yes, attending the in-person session is a requirement for completing Phase 3. Joining this session virtually is not possible. If you do not attend the in-person session, you can attend the virtual sessions for Phase 3; however, you will not receive a certificate of completion.

How much does the program cost?Each phase has a different cost. Phase 1: no cost Phase 2: $600 USD Phase 3: $2000 USD Participants are responsible for the costs associated with the in-person session, such as transportation, accommodations, and meals.

Is there financial assistance available?There is limited financial assistance available. During the registration process, you can request assistance. We do have a process for you to consider your need and ability to contribute. Click here to review this process.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
PHASE ONE
Facilitating in the Everyday
On-demand videos that provide an overview and basic skills of facilitating in the everyday, including small meetings.
This phase is free of charge and available any time. We seek to support anyone interested in developing stronger skills for facilitating in their congregations, ministries, and faith communities.

PHASE THREE
Advanced Facilitation
This phase focuses on the application of the skills and the art of facilitation. It begins with an in-person praxis session for 5 days and then continues with on-demand videos and virtual sessions.
This phase explores various types of facilitation, including Chapters, assemblies, and team facilitation.
