On-demand videos that provide an overview and basic skills of facilitating in the everyday, including small meetings. 

This phase is free of charge and available any time. We seek to support anyone interested in developing stronger skills for facilitating in their congregations, ministries, and faith communities.

Core Competencies

The next step for developing facilitation skills is by learning about the core competencies needed to be an effective facilitator. 

This phase includes on-demand videos and virtual sessions to support greater integration of the material and application as a facilitator.

Advanced Facilitation

This phase focuses on the application of the skills and the art of facilitation. It begins with an in-person praxis session for 5 days and then continues with on-demand videos and virtual sessions. 

This phase explores various types of facilitation, including Chapters, assemblies, and team facilitation.
